Shipping Policy – ZAMAZY

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We currently offer the following shipping option within the EU, specifically for the Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden. 

• Standard Shipping
  Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
  Available for all orders within the above countries.

2. Shipping Costs

• Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90
• Germany: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90
• Spain: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90
• Italy: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90
• Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90
• Denmark: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90
• France: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90
• Luxemburg: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90
• Austria: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90
• Sweden: Free shipping on orders over €35; otherwise €4,90

 

3. Order Processing and Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) are processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Italy only.

5. Shipping Issues or Delays

If you experience delays or receive a damaged package, please contact us at ubras@zamazy.com. We’ll investigate the issue and help you track your shipment or file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

6. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for orders over €35 in:

• Netherlands
• Germany
• Spain
• Italy
• Belgium
• Denmark
• France
• Luxembourg
• Austria
• Sweden

Orders below this threshold will be charged the applicable standard shipping rate listed above.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking to become active.

8. Shipping Limitations

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

Some remote areas may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with more details.

9. Customs, Taxes, and Duties

There are no customs duties or import taxes for orders shipped within the EU (Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden).

10. Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. If you would like to send products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt at ubras@zamazy.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
