ZAMAZY Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, provided that the products are in their original condition and unopened. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the goods.
2. Return Conditions To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us of your decision to return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods by email at ubras@zamazy.com
- You must return the products within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
- Products must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and hangtags intact.

Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during the return process.
4. Refund Process
Once we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Note: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sealed products that have been opened after delivery (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalised items
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the defective item at ubras@zamazy.com, and we will arrange the return and refund or replacement.
7. Refund Timeline
We aim to process all returns and issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
