Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our European warehouse, ensuring fast delivery and no import duties for EU customers.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the EU usually takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all EU orders over €35,00. For orders below this amount, a small shipping fee of €3,50 applies.

Yes. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items — no questions asked — as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at ubras@zamazy.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Note: NOTE: you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
